Every family goes through a simple application process. A Vetted Homes member submits a Typeform (https://form.typeform.com/to/G91yWkZs) sharing the need and a little backstory. Our team reviews every submission and selects families based on their situation and the immediacy of their need from the funds available.
Q2: Where does my donation go exactly?
From every hat you purchase, $14 (all proceeds) goes directly to families selected through our application process. No middlemen, no overhead, straight to the families we've chosen. You'll see the exact dollar amount from your purchase in your confirmation email.
Q3: How do I know my donation actually reached a family?
Transparency is everything to us. We share updates in our Skool community and on our social channels about the families we've supported, including their stories (with their permission). When you buy from us, you become part of that story too.
Q4: How long does shipping take?

Seven years ago, we took a leap of faith, uprooted our family, and moved to the beach. Our friends Jason and Jackie rented our primary home in California furnished it and made it amazing while living in it then they moved to Texas and started hosting insurance families in our CA home, the one they were renting from us. When they told us what they were doing and we saw what it was renting for, we knew we wanted to learn how to do it ourselves.
It was the perfect fit. I loved hospitality, and after fourteen years as a stay at home mom, I was ready to contribute income for our family without taking time away from them. The best part? I could run this business from home, or honestly from anywhere, right from my phone.
